When you make your initial new patient appointment you will be asked for complete registration papers. These will be mailed to you and you should receive them within 72 hours of making your appointment. If your appointment is of an urgent nature you will be asked to arrive for your appointment 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to complete your paperwork at
our office.

Patients are seen in the office by appointment only. We pride ourselves in making sure your visit is on time. Our office is open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday (except Holidays).


If you fail to keep your confirmed appointment without a 48-hour notice you may be charged. There is a $50 charge for a missed office visit appointment and a $100 charge for a missed Echocardiogram or Stress/Echocardiogram visit. Your insurance will not cover these charges. Repeated failure to keep appointments may result in termination of the physician/patient relationship.
